1. Pls choose the sport earphone with version of bluetooth 4.0 and above. For the earphone with bluetooth 4.0 is with the features, like low power dissipation, 3-second short delaying and overlong effective distance for connection. The stability of of the signal reception can be better ensured, with those features.

2. Pls try to keep the bluetooth receiver of the bluetooth earphone at the same side as your watch. As u known, some earphone is with the  bluetooth receiver on the left side and some is with the receiver on the right side. If the bluetooth module of the watch and one of the earphone are at the two different sides of your body, it will have a certain effect on the bluetooth signal, due to the shaking of the hands and block of the body when running and walking.
