Malaysia Branch GM

Responsibilities:

1. Comprehensive planning and daily management for DD4 Malaysia branch;

2. Preparation of setting up the branch in Malaysia, including organizing, training and motivating of the team;

3. According to company's business development strategy, make medium and long-term development plan and strategic goals;

4. Responsible for supervising the workflow of business, administrative, financial management, establishing and perfecting rules and regulations of the company;

5. Responsible for developing, maintaining and expanding of cross-border electronic commerce;

6. Responsible for communication with relevant departments and leaders of head office.

 

Requirements:

1. 5-10 years experiences of cross-border e-commerce trading platform, payment service,  e-commerce, financial and other relevant industry;

2. Have the experience on setting up a new company before, and served as the company's first official. or lead a team more than 20 overseas sales priority;

3. Familiar with the industry in the Southeast Asian market, the global development trend and market situations will be preferred;

4. Good at team management, strategic planning, risk control;

5. Bachelor degree or above. Major in financial or e-commerce is preferred;

6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese;

7. No limitation of nationality. Above 28 years old;

8. Familiar with the laws, regulations and related policies of Malaysia;

9. Be integrity, intense sense of responsibility. Good anti-pressure ability and affinity.

Branch GM Assistant:

Responsibilities:

1. Assist the GM to manage the team and communicate with Chinese headquarters;

2. The think tank of company strategic planning and daily management;

3. Responsible for the GM's daily schedule;

4. Assist the boss to collect, analysis, and research the information of competitors and market, and make marketing plans;

5. Draft and revise of the daily management document;

6. Responsible for public relations including the reception and business trip;

7. Receive and transmit documents, letters;

8. Personnel recruitment in the early stage of other positions and other related administrative arrangement;

9. Collect, analyze or translate the company's internal and external documents.

 

Requirements:

1. E-commerce, financial services and other related industry experience is preferred;

2. Administration work experience is preferred;

3. Bachelor degree or above;

4. Under 35 years old, male or female;

5. Good at document writing;

6. Excellent written and verbal ability in English and Chinese;

7. Nationality does not limit;

8. Familiar with Malaysia's local laws and regulations and relevant industry policies.

9. With integrity, cheerful personality, intense sense of responsibility, good pressure resistance skills and teamwork, rigorous logical and comprehensive analytical capabilities.

Customer Service:

Responsibilities:

1. Answer customers' enquiry, solve customers' issues;

2. Reponses to customers in time and deal with customers' complaints;

3. Check customers' orders and process customers' request;

4. Review and complete customers' information;

5. Coordinate with other department;

6. Complete other related work assigned by supervisor.

 

Requirements:

1. Third party payment, E-commerce, financial and other related industry experience is preferred;

2. 20-30 years old, fluent in Chinese/ English, quick witted;

3. Technical secondary school or high school or above. Major in English, marketing, E-commerce is priority;

4. Outgoing personality, skilled in computer, more than one year experience of sales or customer service preferred;

5. Familiar with the laws, regulations and related policies of Malaysia;

6. Dedication, intense sense of responsibility and good customer service consciousness. Good pressure resistance skills, good team spirit, adapt to shifts (morning. afternoon. evening or overnight shifts) system;

7. Careful, serious, active and good at communicating and learning.
